Karna Purna: how ancient Ayurveda quiets the mind

Karna Purna :(45 min session) Ayurvedic nervous system relaxation treatment. This is extra effective if you can set it up while in bed with dim lights.


Use sesame or any other oil you have at home. Place the oil in a dropper bottle (makes it easier to dispense into the ear) then place that bottle In a glass of warm water to warm up while you prep the rest.


Grab an old towel and multiple pieces of Kleenex or toilet paper. Get cozy lay on your side and fill up your ear well with warm oil, set a timer for 15 minutes. Massage around the ear. When the timer is up. Place toilet paper or Kleenex on your oil filled ear to catch the oil as you turn over. Repeat on the opposite ear. Make sure to allow 15 min for the second ear to drain.
