???? A Glimpse into the Future: Updates and Plans ????

Thank you for everyone who filled out the Surveys in June!

In our June Newsletter, I provided a glimpse of my future aspirations, captured through some candid videos. Your feedback, filled with concern and care, touched my heart deeply. I want to take a moment to assure you that, in the foreseeable future, there won't be any changes to my current individual practice.

Equally important to me is sharing my practitioner goals with all of you. It has become apparent that there's a vital need to extend what I've cultivated to fellow healers and community at large. I am committed to continuing my role as a mentor and educator, but with a specific focus on constructing a new online platform designed to connect with a broader audience.

Over the past decade in Calgary, we've embarked on an incredible journey of growth and transformation together. I've witnessed profound shifts, not only within myself but also within my cherished clients and this magnificent city we call home. It feels like the natural progression of our shared path, one that I am genuinely thrilled to embark upon and share with all of you.

Thank you for being an integral part of this remarkable journey. I can't wait to see where the future takes us together.

This Falls Theme is REST…but first what needs to be done

This fall, this newsletter is all about one simple yet profound concept: rest.

In July, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Montreal and Quebec City, where I indulged in not one, not two, but three of the most awe-inspiring spas I've ever encountered. These Nordic spas were meticulously designed to offer an entire day of pure spa bliss. "A full day at the spa?" you might ask. "Wouldn't you get dehydrated, hungry, or overheated?" Well, the secret lies in mastering the art of complete body relaxation and napping in between the invigorating hot and cold saunas and pools.

These Nordic spas, much like the vibrant city of Montreal itself, understand the significance of "third spaces" – places where people can unwind, read, gather, and connect, or not if you are an introvert and that is acceptabel as well. To kickstart my relaxation journey, I booked a spa experience on my very first day in Quebec. It allowed me to ease into a state of profound relaxation. At the end of this article click the link and take a moment to glimpse some of the relaxation options suspended chairs, hammocks, and tranquil floating dome pods where we luxuriously reclined.

BUT...

Before diving into this oasis of rest, I needed to prepare myself to fully embrace the experience and stay present. I started by making a list of essential steps to ensure my relaxation journey was a success. This made me think of fall and how it is back to sch the tempature is channging, and I wondered what things coud we plan for a head of time that would create more space for rest?

Could we prebook self care as a way to ensure we have some down time? or schedual in anything else that provides space to contmeplate and wind down. While in the spa phones were meant to stay in our lockers so it provided a perfect self connected opportunity to disconnect. to reconnect, can I schedual technology breaks and let people know ahead of time? its not just about how you rest but how you prepare for it.
