Digital Products, Events, and Services
We issue refunds for most digital products (with the exceptions noted below) within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
For our digital documents, we do not offer refunds since it’s not a “returnable” item and is delivered all at once as soon as you purchase it.
For intensives and live weekends, we do not offer refunds.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
To submit a proper refund request, please email info@mandimack.com with your request. We will need to know which product you purchased and at what price. Thank you.
